Criminal law
in the Criminal law I defend the accused / accused of a crime. I also represent victims of a crime as a joint plaintiff in criminal proceedings.
- Especially in criminal law, you should contact me as soon as possible when you receive an interrogation sheet or a police / public prosecutor's summons.
- Careless statements can have significant negative consequences. No comment without prior inspection of the files!
- Only after inspection of the files, which I will apply for you, can the evidence and the overall situation be properly assessed.
- As a suspect of a crime, you have the right to remain silent!
Note: In criminal law, the principle applies that every suspect should have the right to the best possible defense. In the case of sexual crimes (especially in connection with minors), however, I do not feel capable of doing this, which is why I generally do not accept mandates from this area.
